Hiring: AI Architect – Agentic AI for Telecom Autonomous Networks
We are looking for a highly experienced AI Architect to design and lead next -generation Agentic AI -driven solutions enabling Telecom Autonomous Networks. You will work at the intersection of AI/ML, telecom operations, and cloud -native architecture to build closed -loop automation for global CSPs.
Key Responsibilities
• Design scalable AI/Agentic architectures for Network & Service Assurance, Fault, Performance, Inventory & Orchestration
• Build multi -agent systems enabling reasoning, planning, action, and learning for autonomous operations
• Translate telecom intents into intelligent agent workflows and decision systems
• Work with telecom data (KPIs, alarms, logs, topology, tickets) for real -time AI solutions
• Develop end -to -end ML/LLM pipelines (data ingestion, training, validation, deployment)
• Drive RAG -based systems, document AI, and semantic retrieval solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to autonomous network strategy
Required Expertise
• Strong experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, RL, LLM -based systems, Agentic AI
• Hands -on with LangChain / LangGraph / Agent frameworks
• Experience in telecom domain (RAN, Core, Transport, OSS/BSS)
• Cloud expertise: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Data platforms: Kafka, Data Lakes, real -time streaming systems
• Python/Java/C++ with strong system design skills
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Vertex AI Vector Search, FAISS)
• Familiarity with Vertex AI / Gemini / LLM orchestration is a plus
