AI Artist (Creative & Image Generation)

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:  

Join us, where we’re building the next generation of brand creativity - powered by Pencil Pro, our in-house GenAI platform. As AI Creative Lead, you’ll be part of a lean global AI team that shapes how creative work is generated, tested, and deployed across some of the world’s most iconic brands. 

This is a hands-on, highly visual and experimental role, working with advanced generative tools like VEO 3.1, ChatGPT 5.2, Gemini 3 Pro and new Models as they merge within a structured sandbox environment. You’ll co-design new creative formats, run pilots, and support creative teams in applying these technologies confidently. 

We’re not looking for a classic art director. We’re looking for someone with creative instinct and systems thinking, who can bridge ideas with execution — and help others do the same.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Creative AI Innovation & Prototyping 

• Build and evolve creative GenAI assets — from static visuals to image generation agents 


• Develop and document creative prompt systems, reusable templates, and agentic creative flows 


• Translate ambiguous requests into actionable creative directions and outputs 

Studio Enablement & Creative Support 

• Work directly inside our Pencil Pro ecosystem, building and testing prompt systems, templates, and image agents 


• Partner with studios across markets to bring GenAI creative capabilities into everyday workflows 


• Guide teams through image generation, format development, visual troubleshooting, and creative use of AI 


• Lead hands-on training, champion sessions, and co-creation demos with local and global creatives 


• Support enablement through asset packs, prompt kits, and layout systems designed for scaling 

Creative AI Innovation & Prototyping 

• Design and evolve generative creative outputs for POSM, social, packaging, and eCommerce 


• Build structured prompts, visual templates, and creative logic using Pencil and AI Sandbox 


• Develop new asset formats (e.g. I2V key visuals, image-to-layout systems, I2V, VO, Sound and Music generation) 

Client-Facing Creative Exploration 

• Co-develop and present pilots, proof-of-concepts and creative experiments with Head of AI 


• Help stakeholders understand the potential of AI — and how to brief, prompt, and judge GenAI work 


• Contribute to strategic propositions that showcase creative speed, scale, and visual performance 

Creative Workflow Troubleshooting 

• Act as an escalation point for AI visual quality or misalignment issues across studios 


• Help resolve prompt inconsistency, style mismatch, or fidelity breakdowns across creative tools 


• Support structured feedback loops and help maintain creative QA within Pencil Pro 

Tool & Model Exploration 

• Work with emerging model capabilities (e.g. VEO 3.1, GPT-5.2, Gemini 3 Pro Thinking) in coordination with the platform team 


• Share learnings from pilot formats to guide tooling and interface development 


• Feed future-facing concepts into the global AI roadmap 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THE ROLE 

AI Creative Skills 

• Confident working hands-on inside structured GenAI platforms like Pencil Pro 


• Experience designing for image and video agents, key visual generation, and I2V pipelines etc. 


• Understanding of how to prompt and troubleshoot within systems like VEO, ChatGPT, and Gemini 


• Strong visual sensibility – comfortable iterating visual assets, scoping image prompts, and briefing creative direction 


• Bonus: Familiarity with structured layout design, modular templates, or agent-style thinking 

Strategic & Operational Mindset 

• Able to bring clarity to creative ambiguity — and structure to iterative work 


• Comfortable collaborating with operations, strategy, tech, and production 


• Strong communicator — visually and verbally — in explaining AI creative workflows 


• Confident presenting work-in-progress to clients, peers, and partners
