Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong expertise in Upwork bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, winning projects, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end bidding process on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
  


• Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads
  


• Create and submit customized proposals based on client requirements
  


• Communicate with international clients and handle requirement gathering
  


• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope with clients
  


• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
  


• Maintain CRM and track leads, proposals, and conversions
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a BDE / Upwork Bidder
  


• Hands-on experience with Upwork (mandatory)
  


• Strong understanding of IT services and project estimation
  


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  


• Ability to work independently and meet business targets
  


• Experience in client handling and closing deals
