As part of the eLIMS-NG program, you will play a key role in transforming training content into structured, AI-ready knowledge assets. Your work will enable faster and more effective access to information through digital tools, including AI-driven support systems.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with content, is highly detail-oriented, and is interested in knowledge management and emerging AI use cases.



What You Will Do

• Create Foundational Knowledge Content
• Transcribe training and learning videos into clear, accurate written transcripts
• Ensure completeness and alignment with the original training material
• Structure Content for Reuse
• Convert transcripts into well-organized documents using defined formats
• Break content into structured sections such as chapters, timelines, and logical flows
• Ensure content is easy to navigate and understand
• Prepare Content for AI and Digital Use
• Structure documentation to support searchability and reuse
• Organize content so it can be effectively used within AI-driven tools and systems
• Ensure Quality and Consistency
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, readability, and formatting consistency
• Apply defined templates and documentation guidelines
• Refine outputs based on feedback and quality checks

Core Skills

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA:



Eurofins has a strong focus on the Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
