Job Summary: 

We are looking for a talented Full Stack AI Engineer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Python, React, AWS, RESTful APIs, Kafka, and SQL/PostgreSQL.The ideal candidate should also have practical experience building or integrating native agentic AI systems, including AI agents, agent workflows, tool/function calling, orchestration, and autonomous or semi-autonomous task execution.You will work across backend, frontend, cloud, data, and AI/agentic capabilities to build scalable and intelligent applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and React.
  
• Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
  
• Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.
  
• Design and implement AI-powered features and agentic workflows.
  
• Build, integrate, and orchestrate AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and task execution.
  
• Develop agent workflows involving tool/function calling, APIs, external services, memory, context management, and multi-step execution.
  
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party services.
  
• Design event-driven and asynchronous workflows using Apache Kafka.
  
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data access using SQL/PostgreSQL.
  
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications and AI services on AWS.
  
• Develop scalable and reliable APIs for communication between frontend, backend, AI agents, and external systems.
  
• Implement appropriate authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
  
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, Kafka, and production issues.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
  
• Collaborate with Product Managers, AI/ML Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other developers.
  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical discussions, sprint planning, and estimation.
  

Required Skills:

• 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
  
• Strong experience developing backend applications and services using Python.
  
• Good experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
  
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  
• Hands-on experience with SQL/PostgreSQL, including complex queries, joins, indexes, transactions, and database design.
  
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics, and event-driven processing.
  
• Working experience with AWS and cloud-based application development/deployment.
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Git, testing, debugging, and Agile methodologies.
  

Native Agentic AI Experience – Required / Preferred:

Candidates should have hands-on experience building agentic AI applications, rather than only consuming basic LLM APIs.

Experience in areas such as the following is highly desirable:

• Building AI agents capable of performing multi-step tasks.
  
• Agent orchestration and workflow design.
  
• Tool/function calling and integration with external tools and APIs.
  
• Agent interaction with databases, REST APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party services.
  
• Context and conversation management.
  
• Short-term and/or long-term agent memory.
  
• Planning, reasoning, task decomposition, and autonomous execution.
  
• Multi-agent workflows or agent-to-agent communication.
  
• Human-in-the-loop workflows and approval mechanisms.
  
• Agent evaluation, observability, monitoring, and error handling.
  
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies.
  
• Experience integrating LLMs with production applications.
  

AWS & Cloud

• Experience deploying applications and services on AWS.
  
• Familiarity with services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.
  
• Understanding cloud scalability, security, monitoring, and deployment practices.
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
  

Kafka & Data

• Experience building event-driven applications using Kafka.
  
• Understanding Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets, and consumer groups.
  
• Experience handling asynchronous processing and event-based workflows.
  
• Strong SQL/PostgreSQL skills and experience with database optimization.
