Job Description - AI Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer 2+ Years Experience to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered experiences using OpenAIâs GPT models. You will be responsible for building and integrating AI solutions, fine-tuning models, and ensuring a seamless user experience. If you have experience in natural language processing (NLP), API integrations, and AI-driven applications, weâd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

â¢ Develop, integrate, and maintain AI-based AI chat solutions.

â¢ Fine-tune and optimize GPT models for specific business applications.

â¢ Design and implement conversational AI workflows, intents, and responses.

â¢ Work with OpenAIâs API to create intelligent and context-aware AI interactions.

â¢ Develop backend systems and APIs for AI deployment and integration.

â¢ Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless user experiences.

â¢ Train AI models using domain-specific data to improve response accuracy.

â¢ Monitor AI performance and implement improvements based on user feedback.

â¢ Ensure AI compliance with security, privacy, and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

â¢ Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or JavaScript for AI development.

â¢ Experience with OpenAIâs GPT API, LangChain, or similar NLP frameworks.

â¢ Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and AI model fine-tuning.

â¢ Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

â¢ Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and chatbot frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow).

â¢ Ability to debug, test, and optimize AI performance.

â¢ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

â¢ Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB).

â¢ Knowledge of LLMOps and AI deployment best practices.

â¢ Prior experience developing enterprise AI chatbots.

â¢ Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance requirements
