AI Developer

We’re hiring an AI Developers to build intelligent solutions using machine learning, NLP, and computer vision that drive business growth and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
•    Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
•    Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
•    Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
•    Deploy AI solutions to production environments and monitor performance.
•    Document processes, models, and workflows for knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities
•    Build and train machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
•    Develop APIs and services to integrate AI models into applications.
•    Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and analyze data.
•    Implement NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics solutions.
•    Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
 

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
•    Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
•    Knowledge of data science, statistics, and algorithms.
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
•    Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
 

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.
•    Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
•    Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
•    Contributions to open-source AI projects.
 

Experience
•    3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development or related fields.
•    Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI solutions.
 

Educational Qualification(s)
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
•    Master’s degree or PhD in AI/ML or a related discipline is a plus.
