Job Description - AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI -driven workflows
Build, train, and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive, high -volume tasks inside Zoho CRM.
Integrate AI solutions with Zoho One (CRM, People, Desk, Flow, etc.).
Ensure data security, compliance, and seamless user experience.
Work with cross -functional teams to identify automation opportunities and measure outcomes.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
Additional certifications in Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator / Automation / AI -ML will be an advantage.

Skills Required

Zoho CRM & Automation:

Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, workflows, blueprints, custom modules, API integrations.

Experience orchestrating multi -app workflows and third -party integrations.

AI / ML / Intelligent Automation:

AI/ML model deployment and intelligent agent integration

OCR and document processing tools (Google Document AI, AWS Textract, ABBYY, RPA -based document extraction).

RPA platforms for process automation.

Soft Skills & Business Understanding:

Translate complex business processes into end -to -end AI -powered automation.

Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements.

Bonus / Preferred:

Experience with chatbots or voice bots integrated into CRMs.

Intelligent document verification / fraud detection workflows.
