AI Engineer – LLM / Generative AI

Location: Bengaluru (HSR Layout)

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build and deploy production-ready AI applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently owning AI products from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  Build, deploy, and maintain LLM-powered applications.

  Develop RAG pipelines and prompt engineering solutions.

  Fine-tune and optimize LLMs/SLMs for business use cases.

  Design scalable AI architectures and inference pipelines.

  Monitor AI systems for performance, quality, and cost optimization.

  Evaluate and benchmark AI models for production readiness.

  
  

Required Skills

  2–3 years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI.

  Strong knowledge of LLMs, SLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.

  Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.

  Strong Python programming skills.

  Experience deploying AI applications in production.

  Knowledge of AI monitoring, evaluation, and inference cost optimization.
