If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a AI Engineer Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).\n\nLocation: \u003cANY\u003e | Experience: 8+ years\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe\u2019re hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and productionize GenAI and agentic systems (RAG, tool-using agents, workflow/graph-based orchestration) on one or more hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP). You\u2019ll lead development across the full lifecycle\u2014problem framing, data/feature/RAG pipeline design, model selection/finetuning, safety/guardrails, evaluation/observability, and MLOps deployment\u2014while mentoring junior engineers and partnering with product, design, and clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Design \u0026 build GenAI/agentic systems (chat copilots, workflow/graph agents, tool use, memory)\n * Implement chunking, hybrid search, vector stores, re-ranking, feedback loops, and continuous data quality/eval.\n * Select/integrate/finetune LLMs \u0026 multimodal models\n * Apply prompt-engineering techniques to specific use cases and types\n * Experience working on solutions based on LLM, NLP, DL (Deep Learning), ML (Machine Learning), object detection / classification etc.\n * Should have clear understanding of CI/CD.\n * Should have knowledge in configuring guardrails, PII redaction.\n * Finetune LLM models\n * Should be able to work on solution building along with presales/customer teams\n * Collaborate with clients/Stakeholders from multiple Geographies.\n * Stay informed about the latest advancements in Gen AI, machine learning, and AI technologies to optimize our technical stack.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s/Master\u2019s Degree or equivalent.\n * 8+ years in software/ML engineering, 1.5+ years hands-on with LLMs/GenAI and agentic frameworks.\n * Proven track record shipping production AI systems on at least one hyperscaler (Azure/AWS/GCP).\n * Experience leading 3\u20136 engineers and owning end-to-end delivery.\n\n\n\nRequired Skills \n\n * Strong Python experience to build multiple AI-ML/ GenAI Solutions.\n * Should have experience working on Agent orchestration with leading frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen.\n * Strong experience working on Vector DB like Pinecone, Milvus, Redis/pgvector); Should have experience working on hybrid search and re-rankers\n * Should have experience on evaluation \u0026 observability\n * Experience working on SQL Query, NLP, CV, Deep Learning Algorithms\n * Should have working experience with Open Source Models\n * Experience on UI/UX will be added advantage.\n\n\n\n#GenAINTT\n\n* * *\n\nRESUME SELECTION Guidelines:\n\n * Delivered at least 2 GenAI/Agentic AI solutions for clients\n * Extensive experience of minimum 6+ years on Python\n * Led 2\u20133 successful client POCs/MVPs\n * Led team of minimum 3 GenAI Engineers\n\n \n--- \n \n#GenAINTT\n\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
