As an AI Foundry Manager, you will lead and manage client engagements within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. You will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to our clients in the Financial Services industry, specifically within the Insurance sector. Your role will involve guiding teams to develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor and develop junior staff, confirming that projects are executed with precision and meet client expectations. You will be responsible for strategic planning, managing client accounts, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver quality solutions will be crucial in maintaining our firm's standards and contributing to our broader business strategies.

Responsibilities
-Design and implement solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct system testing and validation to maintain functionality
- Provide training and support to end-users for impactful system use
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM applications
- Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Support project management efforts to maintain successful implementation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
