As a Senior Associate in the AI Foundry, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will engage directly with clients in the Financial Services sector, particularly focusing on Insurance, to understand their needs and provide tailored CRM solutions that drive business success. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in business application consulting to enhance client relationships and deliver impactful results.
As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex situations and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for building meaningful client connections, anticipating needs, and maintaining professional standards. Your role will also involve guiding others and using a broad range of methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems effectively.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to deepen your technical skills and grow your personal brand. Responsibilities
Design and implement solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct system testing and validation to maintain functionality
- Provide training and support to end-users for impactful system use
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM applications
- Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Support project management efforts to maintain successful implementation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
