AI Foundry Technical Lead

The
Technical Lead will guide the development team, ensure best practices, and
oversee the technical delivery of the Agentic AI application.

Key Responsibilities:

·           Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the
development team.

·           Oversee architecture, design, and code reviews.

·           Ensure adherence to Python, .NET and Azure DevOps standards.

·           Collaborate with the AI Foundry Manager and BA on technical
feasibility.

·           Drive Agile development practices and sprint delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12
  years of experience in GenAI/AI/ML and Python programming with a solid understanding of
  software engineering principles.
  
• AI/ML and Gen AI Technologies: OpenAI
  API, Open Source LLMs (Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral), and frameworks like Langchain
  and Haystack.
  
• Business Services/Domain Knowledge:
  Integration with various enterprise systems, managing large datasets, and data
  processing techniques.
  
• Auditing: Understanding of compliance
  and security auditing within enterprise systems.
  

·           Strong expertise in Python, .NET and Azure DevOps.

·           Experience leading development teams in Agile environments.

·           Knowledge of AI/ML integration and Agentic systems.

·           Excellent problem -solving and communication skills.
