AI Funnel Architect

In this role, you will design, build, and optimize end-to-end AI-driven automation systems that power marketing funnels and business operations at scale. You will be responsible for creating integrated workflows that connect CRMs, marketing platforms, landing pages, payment gateways, and analytics systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational reliability.

• Design and implement automated workflows across marketing, CRM, and business systems to enable scalable funnel execution.


• Build AI-powered automation for content generation, campaign optimization, customer interactions, and operational decision-making.


• Develop reusable infrastructure such as funnel templates, deployment frameworks, and automated testing systems for rapid campaign launches.


• Integrate APIs and third-party tools to ensure consistent data synchronization across platforms and business applications.


• Establish and maintain data architecture for tracking performance metrics, customer behavior, and revenue outcomes.


• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automation systems to ensure scalability, accuracy, and resilience.


• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to identify inefficiencies and implement automation-led improvements.


• Implement AI agents and orchestration systems to enhance productivity and reduce manual intervention across workflows.


• Build real-time dashboards and reporting systems to improve visibility into funnel and campaign performance.


• Research and evaluate emerging AI, automation, and integration technologies to continuously evolve system capabilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong experience in building complex automation ecosystems and designing scalable workflow architectures that combine AI, APIs, and data systems. You should be highly systems-oriented, comfortable working independently, and passionate about automation-driven growth.

• 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, systems architecture, or AI-driven workflow development.


• Strong hands-on expertise with tools such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms.


• Experience building API integrations and connecting multiple SaaS platforms and business systems.


• Understanding of AI agents, LLM-based workflows, prompt engineering, and intelligent automation concepts.


• Solid knowledge of data architecture, analytics, reporting systems, and performance tracking.


• Ability to design scalable, high-volume systems supporting multiple concurrent workflows and campaigns.


• Experience integrating CRMs, marketing tools, payment systems, and operational platforms.


• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and automation reliability.


• Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments with high ownership and autonomy.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
