AI Governance Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Manager to lead the development and implementation of our enterprise AI Governance Framework. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring Artificial Intelligence is developed, deployed and managed responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. This role operates on a UK shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities :

· Developing AI Governance frameworks, policies and operating models.

· Implementing controls aligned with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.

· Establishing AI inventories, risk registers and approval processes.

· Conducting AI risk assessments and overseeing mitigation activities.

· Embedding governance controls throughout the AI lifecycle.

· Establishing AI Governance committees, RACI matrices and accountability structures.

· Supporting AI assurance, audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

· Developing AI Governance KPIs, KRIs and executive dashboards.

· Advising senior stakeholders on Responsible AI and emerging risks.
