Job Description - AI Operations


  • Manage and monitor AI-powered tools and operational workflows.
  • Perform data validation, data annotation, and quality checks.
  • Analyze AI-generated outputs and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in training, testing, and optimizing AI models and processes.
  • Coordinate with technical and business teams to improve AI performance.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and operational insights.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities using AI and automation.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when required.
  • Maintain records and ensure adherence to company standards.





    • Requirements







    • Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.

    • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.

    • Good written and verbal communication skills.

    • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

    • Basic knowledge of data management and reporting.
