We are seeking a Principal – AI Consulting Lead for a founding leadership role focused on turning executive ambition into ROI-driven AI transformation. This role partners closely with CXOs to diagnose complex business challenges, design agentic AI roadmaps, and deliver pilots that scale into enterprise-wide impact. Blending consulting rigor with commercial ownership and transformation delivery, you will be accountable for client relationships, program success, and value realization across large, multi-year engagements. This is a builder role with the mandate to define standards, playbooks, and reference architectures for outcome-led AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert ambiguous business problems into outcome-driven AI transformation programs with measurable ROI.
• Design and govern end-to-end transformation roadmaps, from rapid pilots to scaled enterprise deployments.
• Translate business workflows into agentic AI architectures, including RAG-based systems and observability frameworks.
• Own client engagements end-to-end, including commercials, margins, and account growth.
• Ensure successful AI adoption through structured activation, change enablement, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead delivery of production-grade AI systems with strong evaluation, reliability, and cost controls.
• Build reusable IP, frameworks, and consulting standards to accelerate future transformations.
• Advise senior leaders on enterprise data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Set governance models and operating rhythms to sustain AI-led operating model transformation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proven experience leading large-scale, ROI-focused transformation programs in complex enterprises.
• Strong fluency in applied AI systems, agentic architectures, RAG, and AI evaluation/observability.
• Ability to operate confidently with CXOs while driving execution on the ground.
• Commercial acumen with experience owning P&L, margins, and long-term account growth.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data privacy, security, and responsible AI deployment.
• Track record of building frameworks, playbooks, and scalable delivery standards.
• Bias for execution—comfortable moving from strategy to production-grade systems.
• Builder mindset with the appetite to shape a new category and define how AI transformation is delivered at scale.
