Job Description - AI Product Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Product Director to define and own the AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with business and industry priorities across Telco (CVM, CEX, RMS, network analytics) and Fintech (fraud detection, risk scoring, digital onboarding). The role requires strong expertise in leading AI/ML-driven initiatives from POC to industrialization, ensuring measurable ROI, and driving AI adoption across business units. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in AI product management, a strong Telco/Fintech background, and the ability to engage with C-level executives.

Must Have Skills (Mandatory)

* 10+ years in project and product management, including 5+ years in delivering AI/ML projects.

* Proven expertise in Telco and/or Fintech AI applications (CVM, churn prediction, fraud detection, risk scoring, network optimization).

* Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, CV, LLMs, GenAI, recommender systems).

* Ability to translate business needs into AI product features, KPIs, and ROI-driven outcomes.

* Cross-functional leadership experience with data engineers, ML engineers, designers, and business teams.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication with C-level executives.

* Strong project management skills with Agile/Scrum/SAFe knowledge.

Good-to-have Skills (Optional)

* PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.

* Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining).

* Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI).

* Experience with BI & analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

* Bilingual proficiency: English (mandatory), French (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience

* Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

* 10+ years of experience in product/project management with a focus on AI/ML.

* Minimum 5 years managing AI/ML projects from POC to industrialization.

* Strong Telco and/or Fintech industry expertise.

* Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.
