Job Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced AI Program Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise Generative AI programs across global engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong program and stakeholder management experience, with a solid understanding of GenAI technologies, portfolio governance, ROI tracking, and Agile delivery to drive successful AI initiatives from planning through execution.

• Drive end -to -end program management for the GenAI portfolio, including intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, dependency management, and delivery tracking.
  
• Track program KPIs and business outcomes, including ROI, productivity improvements, feature delivery timelines, POC cycle time, and quality metrics.
  
• Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, risk assessments, and program updates for senior leadership and governance committees.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering leaders, architects, and delivery teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and resolve escalations.
  
• Drive GenAI adoption by coordinating enablement initiatives, training programs, change management, and adoption tracking across teams.
  
• Monitor program risks, AI governance checkpoints, compliance requirements, and investment utilization to ensure successful program execution.
  
• Work closely with technical teams to understand GenAI initiatives involving RAG, AI Agents, LLMOps, and Azure AI services, enabling effective program coordination.
  
• Ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices while maintaining program visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Technical Program Management, with at least 3 years managing AI/ML, Data, or GenAI initiatives.
  
• Experience managing AI or Digital Transformation programs within Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.
  
• Proven experience in portfolio management, executive reporting, ROI tracking, benefits realization, and stakeholder management.
  
• Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation frameworks, and LLMOps.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe), program governance, dependency management, and delivery planning.
  
• Hands -on experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
  
• Excellent communication, executive presentation, risk management, and cross -functional stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track program metrics, financials, and business outcomes.
  

Good to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management, NIST AI RMF, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  
• Experience working with Azure AI ecosystem and enterprise cloud transformation programs.
  
• PMP, SAFe, Prosci, or equivalent Program/Project Management certifications.
  
• Experience supporting executive governance committees and enterprise portfolio management.
