Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at Blue Machines, located in Karnataka, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer success. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and offering insights to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • 8-14 years experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of market analysis, sales reporting, and forecasting tools
  • Should have managed BFSI segment and customer like TVS Credit, Cholamandalam, Star health,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Experience in the technology, AI, or software industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
