Job Description - AI Specialist

About DTC Group:

Established real estate development company with 10+ years of excellence in creating quality residential communities. We're expanding our technology capabilities and seeking an AI OperationsSpecialist to drive automation across our sales and operations processes.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail -oriented AI Operations Specialist to optimize our sales processes through automation and AI implementation. This role focuses on enhancing lead conversion rates and operational efficiency across our real estate development business.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement AI -powered lead scoring and qualification in Salesforce CRM.
Automate lead nurturing sequences and follow -up processes.
Optimize conversion rates from Marketing Qualified Leads to Registry completion
Develop predictive analytics for sales pipeline forecasting
Create automated reporting dashboards for sales performance tracking
Identify automation opportunities across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Implement workflow automation tools (Zapier, Microsoft Power Platform)
Enhance integration between Salesforce CRM and Farvision ERP
Create systematic documentation for all implemented solutions

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:

3 -5 years experience in CRM administration (Salesforce strongly preferred)
Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel, Power BI, basic SQL
Experience with business process automation and workflow tools
Knowledge of AI -powered business applications and integration methods
Understanding of ERP systems and API integration

Industry Experience:

Background in real estate, B2B sales, or process optimization roles
Experience with complex sales cycles and lead management
Understanding of customer lifecycle management and conversion optimization

Soft Skills:

Systematic approach to problem -solving with attention to detail
Strong analytical thinking and data -driven decision making
Excellent communication skills across technical and non -technical teams

Education & Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Any), Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Age: 26 -35 years

Preferred:

Salesforce Administrator certification
MBA or equivalent post -graduation
Real estate industry experience
