About the Role

We are looking for a senior AI Engineer to work closely with customers to design, deploy, and operationalize production -grade AI and GenAI solutions. This is a highly technical, customer -engagement–oriented role where you will partner directly with clients to translate complex business problems into scalable AI systems—from early prototypes to full -scale enterprise deployments.

You will balance deep hands -on engineering with strong customer collaboration, rapid execution, and real -world problem solving, while also contributing feedback that shapes our product and platform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own end -to -end delivery of AI solutions, from concept and design through production deployment
  

• Engage directly with customers to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and data constraints
  

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI systems, including RAG pipelines, multi -agent workflows, embeddings, and fine -tuned models
  

• Develop and maintain production -grade data pipelines, system integrations, and scalable workflows
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in real -world customer environments
  

• Translate learnings from customer engagements into actionable feedback for product and platform roadmaps
  

• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across teams
  

• Stay current with advances in GenAI research and apply relevant innovations to customer deployments
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands -on experience deploying AI/ML systems in production environments
  

• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with additional languages is a plus
  

• Proven experience building GenAI applications (RAG, multi -agent systems, fine -tuning workflows)
  

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy
  

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems
  

• Demonstrated experience in customer -facing or technical engagement roles
  

• Excellent problem -solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Databricks, Apache Spark, Snowflake
  

• Exposure to large -scale data pipelines, security, governance, and compliance requirements
  

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
