AI Tech Lead

We are looking for a hands-on AI Tech Lead to drive the architecture and development of enterprise AI solutions involving RAG, LLMs, Knowledge Graphs and AI-powered business applications.

Key Requirements:
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• 3+ years in production AI/ML systems
• Strong Python engineering skills
• Hands-on experience building production-grade RAG pipelines
• Hybrid search / Vector databases – Elasticsearch, Vespa, FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant or equivalent
• LLM frameworks – LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Ollama, HuggingFace
• Strong Data Engineering – ETL/ELT, Spark, Airflow, Kafka
• Strong SQL/PostgreSQL knowledge
• REST APIs / SAP OData / BAPI or equivalent ERP integration
• Docker, Kubernetes & Helm
• Exposure to MLOps, LLM observability and Knowledge Graphs is an advantage
