Our platform powers smart sourcing, bias-free screening, and predictive hiring for enterprise clients across Asia and the US. We’re looking for an AI-savvy HR Executive who thrives at the intersection of talent, tech, and execution.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end campus hiring cycles across engineering, data science, and product tracks using AI-assisted workflows and LLM-powered screening tools.


• Source, engage, and convert lateral hires for mid-to-senior roles (Tech, Product, GTM) using AI-driven Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent-matching platforms.


• Partner with hiring managers to define role-specific AI screening parameters, interview rubrics, and candidate success signals.


• Optimize hiring funnels using real-time LLM analytics—tracking drop-offs, offer acceptance rates, and time-to-hire KPIs.


• Train and onboard recruiters on AI-powered ATS tools, resume parsing engines, and candidate chatbot interfaces.


• Run A/B tests on job descriptions, outreach scripts, and interview flows using generative AI to boost conversion rates by 20%+.
