Summary

The AI/ML Lead is a pivotal strategic role within the IT Services sector, tasked with driving innovation through the design and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. Responsibilities

Provide strategic technical direction and mentorship to a team of data scientists and engineers, guiding their professional growth and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
Lead the end-to-end development of robust machine learning models, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
Execute rigorous model validation and monitoring protocols to maintain system accuracy, reliability, and performance in dynamic environments.
Manage the production deployment of AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and adherence to operational standards.
Apply advanced problem-solving and analytical methodologies to diagnose complex technical issues and optimize algorithmic efficiency.
Utilize Python programming to build, test, and refine core machine learning pipelines and tools.
Champion hands-on development practices, actively contributing to codebases and technical decision-making to drive project success.

Requirements

Requirements:

Possess 6 to 10 years of professional experience in the IT Services industry, with a proven track record in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Python programming and hands-on development of AI/ML models.
Exhibit strong capabilities in technical leadership, including the ability to guide, mentor, and upskill team members effectively.
Show deep expertise in the complete model lifecycle, including development, validation, monitoring, and production deployment.
Display superior analytical and problem-solving skills capable of tackling ambiguous challenges with data-driven solutions.
Hold a competitive salary expectation aligned with the market range of ₹23-38 LPA for this level of expertise.
