The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, relationship building, and market analysis within the education industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities:
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities within the education sector.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
- Proactively seek out and engage with prospective clients to pitch our products/services.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Utilize CRM Software and Sales Tools:
- Effectively use CRM software to manage leads, contacts, and sales pipelines.
- Leverage sales tools and technology to streamline processes and maximize Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the education industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities, with a deep understanding of the education industry and its evolving landscape.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
