Job Description - Aimlay - Team Lead - International Sales Process

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - International Process at Aimlay's head office in New Delhi.

- The Team Lead will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, team management, and team leadership.

- They will oversee and coordinate the activities of the international process team and ensure efficient workflow and successful project delivery.

- Analytical Skills and Communication: The ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior is crucial for developing effective sales strategies.

- Clear and persuasive communication is also essential for presenting proposals and negotiating deals with international clients.

- Operations Management: In the context of international sales, operations management may involve coordinating logistics, managing supply chains, and ensuring smooth order processing and delivery across borders.

- Team Management and Team Leadership: Leading a sales team requires strong leadership skills to motivate, coach, and guide team members towards achieving sales targets.

- Effective delegation and performance management are also key aspects of team leadership.

- Excellent Organizational and Problem-solving Skills: Organizing sales activities, prioritizing leads, and addressing challenges that arise in the sales process require strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Building relationships with international clients and collaborating with colleagues across different cultures demand strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural communication abilities.

- Experience in International Process Management Preferred: Previous experience in managing international sales processes or conducting business in global markets would be beneficial for understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in international sales.

- Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business is typically required to demonstrate foundational knowledge and skills in sales and business management.

- Proficiency in Relevant Software and Tools: Familiarity with sales management software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other relevant technologies is important for streamlining sales processes and tracking performance metrics effectively.
