AI-Native Demand Analyst

Role Purpose
Build an AI-native analytics and decision-support layer for Amaron Assist, using data,
automation and AI to identify funnel opportunities, improve marketing efficiency and
generate actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities
 Own daily/weekly funnel analytics across the complete customer journey:
 Build automated dashboards for marketing, CRM, Contact Centre and business
performance.
 Identify funnel leakages and quantify their business impact.
 Develop AI-enabled Insight engine for:
o Lead quality
o Conversion propensity
o Customer segmentation
o Campaign performance
o Agent performance
o Customer drop-offs
 Build automated reporting and insight-generation workflows.
 Develop predictive models for lead scoring and booking probability where feasible.
 Use AI tools to automate repetitive analysis and reporting.
 Create natural-language interfaces for business teams to interrogate data.
 Identify opportunities for automation across marketing and operations.
 Conduct cohort and customer-behaviour analysis.
 Build city-wise and channel-wise performance benchmarks.

Ideal Candidate
 2–5 years in analytics, growth analytics, business intelligence or data science.
 Strong SQL and Excel skills.
 Experience with BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Looker preferred.
 Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics.
 Should be comfortable moving beyond reporting into identifying and solving business problems.
