AI-Native Full-Stack Software Engineer

JOB Purpose

We are looking for an AI-Native Full-Stack Software Engineer who excels at building modern applications using AI-assisted development tools as a core part of the software engineering workflow. You will work across the full technology stack—React.js, Next.js, Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, and AWS—leveraging tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software efficiently without compromising reliability or maintainability.

Role and Responsibilities / KRAs

• Build frontend applications using React and Next.js


• Design and build backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI)


• Use AI-assisted coding tools daily as part of your development workflow


• Design and manage databases, primarily PostgreSQL


• Deploy and maintain services on AWS


• Integrate ML models and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into product features


• Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code with strong unit test coverage


• Debug, optimize, and maintain services across the full stack


• Collaborate with product and design to prototype and iterate quickly

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• BE/B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent qualification.


• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack Software Development. 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

Must Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js


• Strong hands-on experience with Python/FastAPI


• Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases


• Experience deploying and managing services on AWS


• Daily, practical experience using AI coding assistants — not just familiarity, actual workflow integration


• Comfort writing unit tests and maintaining code quality across the stack


• Exposure to ML concepts/models — using or integrating them into products


• Strong debugging skills and good judgment on when AI-generated code needs a second look


• Good communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with NestJS


• Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows


• Docker, CI/CD pipelines


• Startup experience / comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
