As an AIOps Transformation Lead (GenAI & AIOps) - Senior Manager - AI Managed Services, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through transformative processes within our Managed Services practice. Your focus will be on optimizing operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency by managing key processes and functions on behalf of clients. You will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services.
As a Senior Manager, you will utilize your influence and skills to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. Your role will involve crafting clear, impactful messages, applying systems thinking, and validating outcomes with clients to drive project success.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance risks. Your work will involve continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services, contributing to the overall success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading the transformation and optimization of managed services processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Managing delivery teams and overseeing program performance to meet client expectations and service level agreements
- Implementing automation solutions and frameworks to streamline business processes and reduce operational costs
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities within managed services
- Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality results
- Engaging with stakeholders to validate outcomes, share perspectives, and incorporate feedback into service enhancements
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to support business transformation and strategic initiatives
- Overseeing budgetary management and resource allocation to optimize project delivery and performance
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that communicate the value and impact of managed services solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 14 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
