Air Ticketing Executive

A) Air Ticketing & Reservations
Responsibility: Manage flight reservations and ticketing activities.
Key Deliverables:
• Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
• Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets.
• Create and maintain accurate PNR records.
• Monitor fare changes and identify cost-effective travel options.

B) GDS Operations
Responsibility: Ensure efficient use of reservation systems.
Key Deliverables:
• Manage bookings through Amadeus.
• Handle fare calculations and ticket issuance.
• Process revalidation and reissuance requests.
• Maintain compliance with airline policies and procedures.

C) Corporate Travel Management
Responsibility: Support corporate and MICE travel requirements.
Key Deliverables:
• Manage individual and group travel bookings.
• Coordinate with airlines for group fares and seat allocations.

• Handle urgent travel changes and last-minute requests.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies.

D) Documentation & Reporting
Responsibility: Maintain booking accuracy and reporting.
Key Deliverables:
• Generate travel itineraries and confirmations.
• Maintain ticketing records and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Finance for billing and reconciliations.

E) Customer Service
Responsibility: Deliver exceptional traveller support.
Key Deliverables:
• Resolve booking-related issues promptly.
• Support clients during disruptions and cancellations.
• Liaise with airlines and travel partners on behalf of clients.
