Position: Airport Customer Service Executive – Male/Female Company: Bluespirit Location: Trivandrum, Kerala, India Contract Details: Full-time Bluespirit, a leading airport services company, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Executive in Trivandrum, Kerala. We are looking for both male and female candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers. As an Airport Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include: - Greeting and assisting passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gates, and baggage claim area - Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, baggage allowances, and other airport services - Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinating with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations - Assisting passengers with special needs and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their journey - Conducting security checks and following all safety procedures and regulations - Handling cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records of sales and transactions - Updating flight information and announcements to passengers - Assisting with any other tasks as assigned by the Airport Manager. Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airport or hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is a plus - Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage - Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
