Job Overview: As an Airport Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all passengers at the airport. You will be the face of our company and will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for our customers. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, boarding, and any other inquiries or concerns they may have. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist passengers with check-in procedures and ensure all necessary documents are in order - Handle baggage and ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flight - Provide accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and any other inquiries - Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a smooth and efficient process - Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner - Collaborate with other airport staff and airline crew to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers - Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff - Keep the airport and work area clean and organized at all times - Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage fees and other services - Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and professionalism Qualifications: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Fluency in English and any other local language is preferred If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
