Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Front Desk Executive. This is an entry-level position and we welcome freshers to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding processes - Handle inquiries and complaints from passengers in a timely and efficient manner - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Process payments for excess baggage, upgrades, and other services - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Basic computer skills - Fluency in English and local language - Prior experience in the hospitality or aviation industry is a plus, but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
