Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding gates - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals - Ensure the safety and security of the airport by conducting security checks on passengers and their luggage - Coordinate with other airport staff, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground crew, to ensure a timely departure of flights - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized airport environment, including the check-in area, boarding gates, and lounges - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft - Follow all safety and security procedures as per airport regulations and company policies - Attend training and development programs to improve job knowledge and skills Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is a plus - Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken - Must be a team player with a positive attitude We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and career advancement.
