Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the boarding gate with a friendly and professional demeanor - Check boarding passes and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate - Assist passengers with any queries or concerns they may have before boarding - Coordinate with the boarding crew to ensure a timely and organized boarding process - Handle any last-minute changes or issues with passengers' tickets or baggage - Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs - Ensure the boarding gate area is clean and organized at all times - Communicate any important updates or announcements to passengers - Collaborate with other ground staff members to ensure a seamless travel experience for all passengers - Maintain a high level of safety and security at the boarding gate area - Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
