As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport and providing exceptional service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, security, and boarding areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flights, fares, schedules, and airport facilities - Check and process passengers' tickets, passports, and other travel documents - Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities - Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport and airline regulations - Coordinate with other airport staff, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew, to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing flight documents and maintaining passenger records - Keep the airport terminal and surrounding areas clean and organized - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols - Continuously update knowledge of airport and airline regulations and procedures. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs - Basic computer skills - Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus - Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
