In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, security, and boarding gates - Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flights, baggage, and airport facilities - Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or disabled passengers - Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely boarding and disembarkation of passengers - Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations at all times - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized airport environment - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
