Job Description: We are currently seeking both freshers and experienced individuals to join our team as Airport Passenger Handling Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs and ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience at the airport. Your primary duties will include: - Greeting and welcoming passengers as they arrive at the airport - Assisting with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and luggage tags - Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations - Helping passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities - Assisting with the boarding process and ensuring all passengers are on the correct flight - Handling and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Coordinating with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely operations - Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times - Adhering to all safety and security procedures and regulations - Other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Basic computer skills - Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required - Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance.
