Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, departure gates, and arrival areas. - Check boarding passes and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate. - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and collection. - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries. - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. - Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations. - Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. - Maintain a clean and organized work area.
