Job Description - AK - Maintenance

We are hiring a skilled and energetic candidate for Maintenance of CNC Machines and overall Plant Maintenance at our Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC Machines (CNC Turning, VMC, HMC). Plant maintenance including Utility, DG Set, Compressor, EOT Cranes & other plant machinery. Diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults. To minimize machine downtime and ensure maximum machine availability. Maintain maintenance logs, history cards and spare parts inventory. Coordination with production team and external service engineers. Ensure adherence to safety norms and 5S in maintenance area.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of CNC Maintenance. Knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatics Knowledge of TPM & Preventive Maintenance.
