Experience: 2–6 years

Requirements

• 2–6 years of professional experience (Consultant: 2+ years, Senior Consultant: 4+ years)
  

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and OneNote
  

• Experience with DESC methodology
  

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  

• Strong passion and aptitude for operational excellence and driving market impact
  

• Bachelor’s degree
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting project experience (highly preferred)
  

• Experience with fast-paced, quick-turnaround projects
  

• Knowledge of Microsoft Access and/or Microsoft Project is a plus
  

• Background in alliance or vendor management roles
  

• 1+ years of experience working with or within System Integrators (e.g., Deloitte)

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution, ensuring timely follow-up on action items
