Job Description - Alumininum Facades Production Engineer/ Manager


  • Oversee the manufacturing processes, and ensure quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Follow product specifications and quality control measures.

  • Prepare and maintain the production schedule, significantly reduced the production downtime, and daily production sheet and monthly production status maintains to achieve the production target sheet to submit planning department.

  • Monitor production results and Dispatch all materials on time at the Project site.

  • Reduce reject production level and identify problematic processes and ensure all materials/consumables required for production.

  • Responsible for all resources like personnel, equipment, and raw materials at the plant

  • Technical knowledge to make Unitized and Semi Unitized Aluminum Glass panels, sliding


and openable door & window, Curtain wall glazing panel.

  • Proper Co-Ordination between vendors, suppliers, and the Project Management team related to the execution of façade  plant on day to day basis.

  • Planning, control, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment of the Plant

  • Assist in developing the structural design of products using CAD and drafting equipment.

  • Preparing DPR, WPR, MPR, and Site requisition detailed reports making and send to the higher authority of the company daily basis.
