Key Performance Indicators

• Assist the manager in Implementing the project construction as per the designs / drawings issued at site.

• On time completion of design development

• Assist in planning various stages of project, develop progress reporting mechanism


• Review contractors, QA & QC plan and design submissions as per the terms of contract


• Construction supervision of all projects works like all foundations, structural works, floorings, toilets, façade treatments, internal and external paintings / finishes, compound walls, Landscaping hardscaping and water bodies, swimming pools / fountains, STP, WTP, septic tank, drainage systems, OHT and other interface works as per the quality parameters met by the vendor.


• Assist in monitor the progress Measurement verification of vendor’s, payment requests, running account bills.

• Project quality test


• On-time completion of the project within +/- 5% of the budget

• Contract Closure: Assist manager in procurement and Contract team in closing out the contracts

• Acceptance by Client/operation team, stabilization of system for maximum output as per the service levels, contract closure.
