Position: AM / DM – Strategy & Planning 
Location: Gurugram 
Reporting To: GM / Head – Strategy

About the Role: 
We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support the organization’s 
strategic initiatives and business planning processes. The role will focus on driving data
driven decision-making, business performance tracking, and long-term strategic 
planning within the automotive components domain. 
Key Responsibilities: 
• Strategic Planning: Support development and execution of short-term and long
term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.  
• Business Analysis: Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and 
competitor activities to provide actionable insights.  
• Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Assist in preparation, tracking, and review of AOP, 
budgets, and forecasts.  
• Performance Monitoring: Track key business metrics (sales, cost, profitability, 
productivity) and highlight gaps with improvement plans.  
• MIS & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and 
presentations for leadership reviews.  
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, finance, 
and supply chain teams for data collection and alignment.  
• Project Management: Drive strategic projects and ensure timely execution of 
key initiatives.  
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational and cost efficiency and 
support implementation of best practices.  
• Management Presentations: Prepare high-quality presentations for leadership 
reviews, board meetings, and business updates.  
Candidate Profile: 
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business / Economics; MBA 
preferred  
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, MIS, or 
Consulting  
• Industry preference: Automotive / Auto Components / Manufacturing  
Key Skills: 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
• Proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting  
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (mandatory)  
• Exposure to business planning and financial analysis  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
