Job Description - AM HR

Role & Responsibilities
- The "What": Architecting a holistic and value-driven employee experience.

- Annual Engagement Strategy & Planning: Own the end-to-end design of the annual engagement calendar, ensuring a clear roadmap of activities that are balanced across the year.

- Value-Based Culture Integration: Lead initiatives that deeply root core values (User Obsessed, Collaborate to Win, Keep Moving, Own It, and Empathy Driven) into the daily employee experience.

- Holistic Wellbeing Programs: Design and execute meaningful engagement beyond "fun" activities, focusing on holistic wellbeing, including health, mental wellness, and financial literacy.

- Stakeholder Partnership (PBPs): Collaborate closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) as key stakeholders to ensure engagement initiatives are relevant to specifi c business units and address localised team needs.

- Meaningful Recognition (R&R): Oversee and evolve the Recognition & Rewards (R&R) framework to ensure it effectively calls out high-impact contributors and reinforces cultural alignment.

- Impact Measurement & ROI: Use data to track the effectiveness of programs, presenting insights to leadership that demonstrate how it has impacted the ENPS.

Skills
- The "How": The functional expertise needed to deliver on the strategy.
Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Ability to look at the "big picture" to create a year-long engagement architecture rather than just reacting to immediate needs.

- Project & Event Leadership: Advanced coordination skills to manage complex logistics, external vendors, and large-scale event execution with zero-defect quality.

- Consultative Relationship Building: Strong stakeholder management skills to infl uence PBPs and business leaders toward a unified engagement/ culture agenda.

- Data Synthesis: Proficiency in gathering employee sentiment and post-event feedback to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Profile
- The "Background": Validated experience and credentials.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in HR, specifically in Employee Engagement, or Culture Transformation.
- Specialisation: A proven track record in annual planning and managing engagement for large-scale, geographically distributed workforces.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience working closely with PBPs or driving engagement/ cultural initiatives.
- Education: Post-graduate degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
