Experience ::

3 -4 years experience in defense systems, UAV technologies, or electronic warfare.

 Job Purpose &
Role ::

We are seeking a motivated and skilled RF Hardware & Design Engineer with 3–5 years of
hands -on experience in RF -based products. The ideal candidate will work closely with
cross -functional teams to design, develop, evaluate, and refine RF hardware used in
Counter Unmanned Aerial System (CUAS), RF/SDR and electronic systems. Prior exposure
to defense or high -reliability projects will be considered a strong advantage.
The role requires strong technical expertise in radar technologies, electronic jamming
systems, and electronic intelligence (EI) fundamentals, combined with multidisciplinary
integration skills to deliver mission -ready solutions against evolving UAS threats.

Key Activities &
Expectations
1. Coordinate with multiple agencies involved in Design and Development of the RF
based Products.
2. Use various design software and design analysis tools & simulation tools,
software & techniques, to recommend the most appropriate design to
achieve target of time, cost and quality.
3. Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) with accuracy and cost
optimization.
4. Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure seamless integration of
electronic modules.
5. Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers for component sourcing,
technical discussions, and issue resolution.
6. Support procurement by evaluating vendor quotations and ensuring timely
delivery of components.
7. Support development and deployment of jamming, spoofing, and
directed energy countermeasures.
8. Implement real -time signal processing and AI/ML algorithms for
autonomous threat detection and response.
9. Conduct laboratory and field integration trials, ensuring compliance with
MIL -STD and defense interoperability standards.
10. Prepare integration plans, technical specifications, and operational
manuals.
