Requirements

We are seeking a talented and experienced
Assistant Manager - Social Media Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our
social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our
marketing and sales efforts. This role requires strong communication skills,
creativity, and a passion for engaging with customers online.


Key Responsibilities:


  • 1. Develop, implement,
    and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and
    improve marketing efforts.

  • 2. Create engaging and
    innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten
    audiences and promote brand -focused messages.

  • 3. Analyse the
    long -term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly
    reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary
    changes to the digital marketing plan.

  • 4. Manage and oversee
    social media content, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring
    online interactions.

  • 5. Stay up -to -date
    with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and
    applications.

  • 6. Collaborate with
    other marketing team members to integrate social media campaigns with
    other marketing initiatives.

  • 7. Monitor the
    company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with
    users, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on time.

Qualifications:

 

1. Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, a Master's preferred.

2. Proven experience of 3 -5 years in social
media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and
their respective participants.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and editing abilities.

4. Demonstrable social networking experience and
social analytics tools knowledge.

5. Strong analytical and project management
skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast -paced
environment.

6.Creativity and a passion for creating engaging
and dynamic content.

7.Familiarity with web design and publishing.

8.Strong problem -solving
skills with an ability to think strategically and execute tactically
