AM - Telemarketing

About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telemarketing professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and generating quality leads for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ connected outbound calls daily from provided databases
  
• Introduce and explain our services to prospects in a clear, engaging manner
  
• Identify qualified leads and accurately record relevant details
  
• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with lead status.
  
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover
  
• Consistently meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Fluency in English
  
• Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  
• Ability to handle objections and stay composed under pressure
  
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel (preferred, not mandatory)
  
• Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, or a related field are encouraged to apply
