About the job:

The Amazon DSP Ecommerce Media Operations Specialist will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns on Amazon’s Demand-Side Platform (DSP). This role is central to driving performance, efficiency, and ROI across 10 markets operation on Amazon DSP, with a strong focus on operational excellence and reporting accuracy. 

Main responsibilities:

Campaign Management: 

  • Assist in the setup, trafficking, and management of Amazon DSP campaigns across multiple products and audiences. 

  • Monitor daily pacing, budgets, and performance to ensure campaign objectives are met. 

  • Execute campaign optimizations including bid adjustments, audience & placement refinements, and creative rotations. 

Media Operations & Execution: 

  • Maintain and update campaign documentation, trackers, and performance dashboards. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product feeds, creative assets, and launch timelines. 

  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate with Amazon support when needed. 

Data Analysis & Reporting: 

  • Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CVR) and generate weekly/monthly reports. 

  • Support testing initiatives and analyze results to provide recommendations for ongoing improvement. 

  • Partner with the analytics and ecommerce teams to evaluate performance across full-funnel metrics.

Cross-Functional Support: 

  • Coordinate with eCommerce media leads and brands to align campaigns  

  • Communicate campaign status and insights to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

About you:

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or ecommerce media operations; 2+ year in Amazon DSP  Preferred

  • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising ecosystem, including DSP, Sponsored Ads, and Retail Analytics. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization recommendations. 

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with reporting dashboards or BI tools is a plus. 

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  •  Experience in CPG, healthcare, or retail ecommerce environments. 

  • Exposure to media platforms (Skai, Pacvue) Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)  

  • Amazon DSP Certification is mandatory
